Quest 335 High Efficiency Overhead Dehumidifier

The Quest 335 High-Efficiency Dehumidifier is designed for commercial cannabis growers to control high humidity levels in greenhouses. Newly redesigned for greater performance and accessibility, the 335 High Efficiency Overhead Dehumidifier can take on heavy workloads from larger greenhouses.

Engineered & Assembled in the USA

MERV-13 filter is included for capturing pollen, powdery mildew, and dirt. This ductable dehumidifier can be installed overhead or on the ground. It features a digital control interface with an external control option. Proudly made in the USA.

Note: This is available as a 208-240 V model with a NEMA 6-15P plug, or 277 V model with a NEMA L7-15P plug.

Filter Compensation for Consistent Humidity

The Quest 335 HE Overhead Dehumidifier features unique Filter Compensation Technology at its core, with a pressure switch connected to a variable-speed fan. When a change in pressure is detected, the fan slowly ramps up speed to maintain the desired CFM airflow. As a result, it maintains a consistent humidity level for better indoor growing results.

This technology allows the same amount of air to flow through the filter as it becomes dirty so that no CFM is lost and humidity is more effectively controlled. Set the fan button to Auto to activate filter compensation.

On-Board or External Control

Equipped with an onboard humidistat, manually control the Quest 335 High-Efficiency Overhead Dehumidifier by programming the desired set point and selecting high, low, or auto fan speeds. The filter compensation technology activates only when the auto mode is selected, and the fan speed automatically adjusts to pressure changes.

Connect the 335 to an external control using its low-voltage terminal block, and you can set and adjust the desired relative humidity level remotely. You can also daisy-chain up to three dehumidifiers on a single external control.

Redesigned for Efficiency and Performance

Redesigned with R-454B refrigerant, Quest 335 High-Efficiency Dehumidifier offers greater operating efficiency over previous models. This model provides considerable efficiency, drawing 8.5 pints of moisture from the air per kWH (at AHAM conditions) or 6 pints per kWH at 75 degrees F and 50 percent RH.

Easy to Duct

Duct the overhead dehumidifier into the greenhouse if your indoor growing space doesn’t allow for the Quest 335’s inside placement. The

Additional Features

  • Drainage: The 3/4-inch threaded NPT port allows for gravity draining.
  • Indicator Lights: The indicator lights will illuminate for filter replacement and reset while the automatic defrost runs.
  • Dark Mode: In dark mode, the lights on this model will remain on for 20 seconds before going dark. This is useful for continued operation during periods of darkness for plants.
  • Integrated Handles: The integrated handles allow users to easily transport and place the dehumidifier.
  • Installation Options: Hang the Quest 335 overhead or install on the ground.
  • Long Power Cord: This model has a 10-foot power cord with a 14gaNEMA 6-15P plug face for 208-240V or NEMA L7-15P for 277 V.

QUEST’S PATENTED TECHNOLOGY | M-CoRR™

Providing the most energy-efficient dehumidification

The secret behind Quest’s unparalleled energy-efficiency is their patented multi-coil design, M-CoRR (short for Multi-Coil Refrigeration Recovery). You won’t find this technology anywhere else.

Engineered for maximum performance, Quest’s M-CoRR is the most energy-efficient and the best return on your investment, paying for itself in energy savings over time. M-CoRR’s innovative design performs better over a wider range of dew points, even at colder temperatures, and maintains capacity regardless of airflow fluctuations.

How Does Quest’s M-CoRR Technology Work?

Traditional refrigerant dehumidifiers have a single refrigerant-filled evaporator coil that cools the air passing through it to extract the water from the air. Once air cools below the dew point, water condenses. Energy captured in the refrigerant during water removal returns to the air in the form of heat at the second coil, the condenser.

The magic of Quest’s M-CoRR Technology is its multiple coils. Quest designed the typical evaporator coil into three separate refrigerant-filled coils: the pre-evaporator, evaporator, and recovery coil.

The first coil, the pre-evaporator, cools the air. The second coil, the evaporator, cools it even further to pull out the water. The third coil recovers the energy from pre-cooling the air and recycles it back into the evaporator for reuse.

What Are The Benefits Of Using M-CoRR?

Highest Efficiency. Lowest Energy Usage

Higher efficiency = lower electricity usage per pint of water removed. M-CoRR technology pulls more water out of the air per kilowatt hour than any other dehumidification technology. Period.

Less Heat Output

Inefficiency = Heat. It takes energy to run the fan and compressor in your dehumidifier. During dehumidification, this energy converts to heat that warms your room. The more energy your dehumidifier consumes, the more heat it expels. Quest dehumidifiers featuring M-CoRR technology are the most efficient dehumidifiers in the world, which means they put less heat in your environment.

More Capacity, Smaller Footprint

Your space is valuable. Dehumidifiers powered by M-CoRR are more compact. This technology averages over 20% smaller than traditional LGR dehumidification technology of the same capacity.

Wide Operating Rage. Tighter Control

Thanks to its multiple coils, M-CoRR technology equips Quest to maintain performance better than traditional dehumidification equipment, even in cooler temperatures and dew points, with less frequent and faster defrost cycles. Less time spent in defrost neutralizes spikes in temperature and relative humidity, keeping the environment consistent and, in indoor cultivations, VPD dialed in.
