Meet the Owner – Tommy Rawlings
T3 Greenhouse Supply was founded by Thomas Rawlings with one goal: build high-quality greenhouses that growers can actually afford. After years in the greenhouse and agricultural industry, Thomas saw firsthand how many growers were let down by overpriced structures and poor customer support. He built T3 to do it differently. With more than 20 years of hands-on farming and fabrication experience, Thomas works directly with every customer – one on one – to find the right greenhouse for their goals, their land, and their budget. Yes. All of our commercial and backyard greenhouse kits can be engineered to meet local snow load and wind load requirements in your state. We provide stamped structural engineering documents for all 50 states upon request — perfect for licensed farms, building permit applications, or USDA funding.
What’s included in your greenhouse frame kits ?
Every T3 greenhouse frame kit includes:
- Galvanized steel hoops and purlins
- Purlin clamps, tek screws, hardware
- Greenhouse channel and wiggle wire
- Optional V Truss package for added roof strength
- Powder coating (select models)

Can I change the size or length of my greenhouse ?
Absolutely. All greenhouses are modular in 5-foot increments, allowing custom lengths like 20×50, 24×85, or 30×120. Whether you’re building a compact home food garden or a full commercial flower farm, we’ll help size it to fit your needs. The 10×12 Bloombox comes in 4ft spacing and can be expandable.
How far apart are the greenhouse hoops ?
Standard spacing is 5 feet between hoops (Bloombox 4 feet), which maximizes structural integrity and airflow. We also offer custom 4′ or 6′ spacing for specific growing goals or environmental needs.
