Comments

Currently, we do not permit comments on the pages of our website. In the future, we may add a blog. We have not yet decided if we will allow comments on the posts on the blog.

Media

Currently, we do not permit the upload of any images we do not own to our website. Therefore, you will not have to deal with possible privacy compromises on our website due to personal information stored within images.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders and support you.

Our shipping partners do not have access to our system, however, we do share your shipping information with them for the purpose of delivering your order to you.

Payments

We accept credit card payments through Authorize.net and bank transfers using the WooCommerce Payments system. Information you enter for the purpose of making a purchase on our website is shared with the payment processor you choose for the purpose of enabling your transaction. We also offer financing through Affirm. The information you enter to preauthorize and use this financing is sent to Affirm for the purpose of authorizing your financing transaction and is not stored on our website. You can view their privacy policy here.
